4. Make sure you have the latest version of the game.
Because our app requires a nonstop internet connection and many races are shorter than 10 seconds, even a brief loss of connection can affect you and disqualify you from a competition. Plus, the game not only receives data but also sends it, so even though the game might receive data with no issues, the game's outgoing data might slow down for some time or stop altogether, which would not be indicated by the device's WiFi connection signal icon.
