We understand your frustration. Let us explain.
Multiplayer mode requires a live connection from all participants, and your connection might be faster than your opponent's or the other way around.
We ensure fair gameplay where the racer with the faster car wins the competition, rather than the one with the fastest connection speed. While it may have looked like you won, our game server receives race duration times from both players and presents you with the actual final result, which is accurate and correct.
Since we want to allow you to race players from all around the world, our matchmaking system will sometimes pair two players who have different connection speeds. While this might be frustrating at first, please remember that some of your opponents may have the same experience when racing you.
We want to ensure fair gameplay where the racer with the faster car is winning the competition rather than the one with the fastest connection speed.
