The only way to change your profile picture is to tie your in-game account to your Facebook or Google profile (then your Facebook or Google profile picture will be also displayed in the game).

Go to the Garage -> Profile -> Edit/Switch profile -> Sign In with Facebook/Google.

⚠️ Note that you can link Google account only in version of NN downloaded from Play Store.
